Established in 2006 by professional makeup artist and hairstylist Jacqueline Parker, JPC has evolved from a solo venture into an established hair and makeup service supported by an experienced team of professional stylists. Our Journey
Jacqueline Parker began her career as a professional hair and makeup artist in 2006, combining her passion for beauty and creativity with a meticulous approach to her craft. Her ability to create polished, personalised looks while providing a professional and dependable service quickly became the foundation on which JPC was built.

In 2012, Jacqueline expanded the business to Western Australia, bringing JPC's professional mobile hair and makeup services to Perth while continuing its established presence in Melbourne.
